Chapter Heads (Ages 15–26)
As a Chapter Head, you’ll lead a local branch of Balance Boxes. You’ll work closely with Ambassadors and Outreach Coordinators, helping guide them through every step of the process. Chapter Heads set goals, organize donations, assemble boxes, and ensure their branch is running smoothly. They’re also responsible for keeping the Executive Director(s) updated on all donations and deliveries.

Ambassadors (Ages 13–26)
Ambassadors coordinate donations, create boxes, fundraise, and recruit volunteers for events. They are essential to making sure every box gets filled with care and purpose. Ambassadors regularly report their progress and updates to their Chapter Head. There must be an active chapter/chapter head to take on this role. 

Outreach Coordinators (Ages 11–26)
Outreach Coordinators are enthusiastic, friendly, and comfortable reaching out to companies and individuals in their communities. They help secure donations and build relationships with local supporters. This role is perfect for those just getting started and looking to grow into an Ambassador position in the future. There must be an active chapter/chapter head to take on this role.
